Order
You can submit an order for products by completing the details required on the order summary page and clicking the "Place Order" button. You can also place an order via phone call or a message.
Note:
The display of any product on our website is in no way an offer by us to sell to you. It is your response that is the offer. Accordingly, we are not liable to sell you any product that might be quoted at a price lower than that meant by us.
Acceptance of Order
We will notify you of our acceptance of your offer to purchase by email shortly after we receive it. At that point, a binding agreement will be in place. If we do not accept your order or if the price has changed, we will email you to advise you of the change.
Delivery
We make every effort to deliver products within 3 working days. In case of any mishap or accident, delivery time can be extended, and we will inform you via phone call or email.
Payment
For standard delivery, we charge all payments in cash upon delivery (COD). There are no hidden charges applied.
Warranties
All products come under our warranty section. If any product is found not up to the mark, we encourage you to send it back. We shall provide a full return and bear the shipping cost as well.
